SC500 F omniflow
Renovation mortars
Applications
SC500 F omniflow is a pumpable self-levelling high-quality screed undercoat based on a low alkaline cement, developed according to a proprietary mineral bonding system.
For levelling and creating an even surface on old cement-bound, problematic, uneven floors and other types of resistant supports. Examples include wooden floors, membranes and as a floating screed on insulation panels – for variants with a kpa above 2.0. If a membrane is in place, the product is also suitable for application on foam concrete insulation floors. It is also ideal for (ultra-thin) underfloor heating systems (wet and dry, electrical systems).
After applying SC500 F omniflow, the floor finish can be added using practically any kind of floor covering.

What is the difference between a leveling and renovation mortar?
In many cases, a renovation mortar is a product with a comparable processing as a leveling mortar, but a renovation mortar can handle a greater layer thickness. And sometimes renovation mortars are provided with additional additives or auxiliary materials to make them more suitable for floors with different substrates or widely varying layer thicknesses in a floor field.
What temperature should the subfloor be during leveling?
During processing it is necessary to keep the temperature of the subfloor, space and material between 15 °C and 25 °C. In addition, the relative 65% of the lager must be before, during and a few days after maceration!
Is it always necessary to demolish the old, existing floor?
Too often, an “old” floor is completely demolished to ultimately create a new floor that is suitable for the final finish.
