Nowadays there is a lot to choose from in underfloor heating. We already have thin electric mat systems, but now we have air and water pump systems and systems that use a lot more flexible hot water pipes. Whatever system you are installing, we have the most efficient and fast solution for every underfloor heating system.
Fixing mortar increases efficiency in slots with pipes
In an existing application you do not first cut out the entire floor. Usually, the application involves making slots in the floor in which the pipes are laid. This in itself hardly increases the structure of the floor. However, apart from the enormous amount of dust, the disadvantage is that the pipes are without insulation and therefore radiate heat on all sides - including downwards! Our fixing mortar achieves the best possible efficiency from this system thanks to excellent heat conduction. Don't forget to level afterwards...
Finishing layers of renovation mortar or casting mortar for 'classic' underfloor heating systems
In both new construction and renovation or conversion, you can apply studded panel systems on the ground and press the heating hoses into them. These systems are available with and without insulation and work very easily and quickly. You can create a nice thin finishing layer with renovation mortar or casting mortar.
Another option is to install underfloor heating with concrete braided mats or wire steel mats, with or without insulation material underneath. As much more space needs to be filled around the pipes, a casting mortar is the best choice in this situation, but even then, you can get by with an extremely thin layer above the pipes. In fact: the thinnest in the market!
