They enable order picking in distribution centres, warehouses and online fulfillment centres, sometimes with the racking at great heights. Because of this, the infrastructure on the ground must meet extreme flatness requirements. This could be an issue, but not a problem for us in both new and existing floors. Three reasons for using our industrial leveling compounds
The highest flatness classes, extremely high compressive strength and extreme wear resistance characterize our industrial leveling compounds. You use them in specific situations. For example: a completed structural floor may be smooth but does not meet the required flatness. Or a concrete floor has not cured sufficiently after application and has been damaged by heavy rain. It could even be that a worn concrete floor can no longer be cleaned and is no longer safe, and therefore requires a new top layer.
Highest performance with an additional top layer improver
We have various industrial performance levels for you. The strongest variant is a very suitable substrate for all kinds of heavy coating systems. A major advantage is the speed the product produces strength and the short drying time. This leveling compound is also suitable for intensively used outdoor areas such as loading dock floors. For the highest performance, we recommend finishing with a top layer improver that you can order as an additional product.
