Bonding internal walls
Bond interior blocks in an industrial way!
You probably recognize them, those white blocks made of aerated concrete or silicate brick, with which load-bearing and non-load-bearing interior walls can be built very easily and quickly. And which can simply be cut to size with a modified saw. In the past, you traditionally laid these blocks, but now they are mainly adhered. And that has many advantages, especially if you use our constructive adhesives. It has many advantages, primarily: adhered interior walls are stronger and dry faster than when they are built with traditional masonry mortar. That is why you can also use thinner adhesive layers, even less than 2 mm. So that works considerably faster and nicer.
Manual and industrial processing
Of course, you need a lot less material. This does not only apply to the white blocks of aerated concrete or sand-lime brick (or their former name, aerated concrete). You also save time and quality by applying red interior wall bricks, ceramic quick-build bricks and silicate blocks. The adhesive is easy to use with an adhesive bucket and scoop. This allows you to work neater and faster and the adhesive is applied everywhere in the correct layer thickness. The so-called ‘full application’ is important for soundproofing, fire resistance and reduces the risk of crack formation afterwards, and their moisture insensitivity makes them ideal for use in wet areas. Thanks to the extra strength of the final adhesive, they are also frequently used for industrial processing.
